Brendan Emmett Quigley creates crosswords for the rest of us. His puzzles are clever and current. Yesterday’s included clues like “Rush drummer Neil ____” (PEART) and “#2” (POO). I highly recommend Emmett’s puzzles for crossword vets and newbies.

There are so many ludicrous moments, and it turns out that most of them really happened. Rolling Stone’s fact-checking recaps come in very handy in sorting it all out, though they can’t tell you if the Roberts (Shapiro and Kardashian) are as awesome as John Travolta and David Schwimmer portray them to be.
